Seniors aged 60 and over; it's time to get fit, make friends, be healthier and happier!
Bootcamps are a light circuit training developed specifically for increasing range of movement, strength for everyday activity and coordination in seniors.
In the bootcamp classes you are moving constantly which will burn calories and give your body a total workout!
Do not forget to bring your water bottle, towel and yoga mat to the health and well being classes.
